Comfortable Yoga Clothing
  • Breathable, stretchy clothes for daily yoga practice.

  • A few changes of clothes for practice and relaxation.

Water Bottle
  • Reusable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.
Light Rain Jacket

For rainy weather.

Yoga Materials

Optional, as the center provides yoga mats, but if you prefer your own:

  • Yoga mat.
  • Props such as blocks, straps, or bolsters.
Journal and Pen
  • For taking notes, personal reflection, and documenting your journey.

Personal Toiletries
  • Eco-friendly products are encouraged (shampoo, soap, toothpaste, etc.).

  • A towel for personal use (bath and beach towels are provided).

Swimwear
  • For relaxing by the pool, jacuzzi, or beach days.

Sun Protection
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for sun protection during outdoor activities.

Footwear, Sandals
  • Comfortable shoes for walks and outdoor excursions (flip-flops for the center and beach).

Flashlight or Headlamp
  • Useful for evening walks or if you prefer extra light during the night.

Light Jacket or Sweater
  • For relaxing by the pool, jacuzzi, or beach days.

Insect Repellent
  • Recommended for outdoor activities, especially in tropical environments.
