Service Description
Arrive Sunday
Depart Saturday before noon
Schedule (Monday – Friday)
630 Morning meditation session, Pranayama and gentle movement.
730 Breakfast
830 Techniques post study teaching methodology
10:00 Break
1030 Focus on different aspects of yoga.
12:00 lunch
1:30 How Dhanda, Longi, and Hanthawaddy yoga relate to each other
3:30 Afternoon break to rest swim visit the beach
6:00 dinner
7:00 Different relaxing evening programs
Food Provided At The Retreat
Breakfast
Fruit, milk and cereal, bread are always provided at the breakfast bar. On most mornings there
will be hashbrowns & Oatmeal and other breakfast basics. Eggs if requested.
Lunch and Dinner
We have 2 open kitchens for guests to cook their meal complete with stoves, ovens, Bar B Q,
sinks, dishes, etc.
Guests are also able to order delivery from several local restaurants.
Cuisine near us: (Italian, Caribbean, Chinese and Mediterranean Cuisine)
Upon Occasion, our chef will be on-site to make a feast.
Our Fridges are always stacked with fruit such as (Coconut, Apples, Oranges, Papaya, Bananas,
Mangos, Kiwis & Berries)
(beans, rice, eggs, and vegetable medley)
There is a wide variety of locally grown food and fruits close to the center.
